The October One Day Tournament was a disaster for us. Four of our regular players were involved and the incomplete squad were unable to perform.
Thanks to the following players for turning up and playing :
Bishoi, Ramez, Jack, Michael, Daniel, Joe, Tony, Kyrollos, Mena, Raz.
Here are the results :
Lost 1-0 to St. Mark

Lost 2-0 to St. Abanoub
Lost 4-0 to Anba Abraam
Maybe we'll have a better summer comp.
St. Demiana ended the 2000/2001 annual 8 a side soccer competition with the usual results!!
St. Demiana's results were :
vs St. Abanoub [Blacktown] Drew 2-2
vs St. George [Kensington] Lost 3-1
vs Anba Abraam [M. Fields] Won 3-0 {FF}
vs St. Anthony [Guildford] Won 3-0 {FF}
Congratulations to : Michael Yacoub who recieved the 'Player of the year award'. Well done.
St. Demiana missed the finals by 2 points.
